Leisure Booking Terms & Conditions

What "Leisure" Includes:
Leisure covers all Activities, Spa treatments, and Entertainment sessions that
you book.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel (Activities, Spa Treatments, Retail Items, or Restaurant Bookings):

  • All bookings are non-refundable, unless we are able to resell your slot.
  • If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we will try to reschedule your booking to another available time or date.
  • To process a refund (if applicable), you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., a valid receipt).

If We Cancel:

  • If Bluestone cancels your activity, spa treatment, retail item, or restaurant booking, we will give you a full refund.
  • You must provide proof of purchase to receive your refund.

Refunds

  • Any refund will be made to the same card you used for the original payment, minus any non-refundable charges.
  • We aim to process refunds within 28 days of your arrival date.
