The term Leisure is a reference to items booked under the umbrella name of Activities, Spa and Entertainment sessions.
Cancellation Policy
IF YOU CANCEL (activities, spa treatments, retail items and restaurant bookings)
Please note booking of the above is non-refundable unless the booking is resold.
With sufficient notice (a minimum of 48 hours) we will endeavour to transfer the booking to another date/time.
Please note a valid receipt as proof of purchase must be provided in order for a refund to be processed.
IF WE CANCEL (activities, spa treatments, retail items and restaurant bookings)
If Bluestone takes the decision to withdraw an activity, spa treatment or any retail items, we will refund
the total cost of the booking.

Refunds
Where refunded, payments made by credit/charge or debit card will be refunded to the same card, less any
non-refundable payment. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and within 28 days of your arrival date.

Informing us of Dietary Requirements. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements and or allergens at least 24hrs before this event. To do this please email reservations@bluestonewales.com or call 01834862400 ahead of time so that an alternative meal can be prepared for you.
High Ropes
Ages: 10yrs+

Height restriction: minimum 1.4m, Weight restriction: maximum 18.9 stone, Please note: Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. For children aged 10-15 years, an adult can accompany a maximum of two children.
For children 16 and over, an adult can accompany up to five children. All participants are required to have appropriate clothing and closed toe footwear for the session. The nature of the High Ropes activity means it is paramount that you undertake the pre-activity training course and you are confident and prepared to take responsibility for yourself and anyone you are supervising. Failure to do so could put you or others at risk of injury. If after undertaking the training briefing you do not wish to undertake the activity you can contact Bluestone customer services who will issue you with a full refund.
Sky Wires
Ages: 8yrs+
Restrictions: Accompanied, Minimum 1.2m height, Maximum 18.9st
Maximum weight limit is 120kg (18.9stone), All participants must be at least 8 years old, Minimum height 1.20m (3’ 11’’), Parent/guardian of any under 18’s must remain at the training site until training has been completed (approx 30 minutes), All participants are required to have appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear for the session. This activity is aimed at 3-8 year old children, but can be done by older children if the larger Sky Walk is too much of a challenge. The child MUST be between 1m and 1.3m. Each bookable session includes two circuits of the Mini course.

Acknowledgement of Risk
In providing adventurous activities Bluestone accepts that it has a moral and legal responsibility to make the activities as safe as reasonably possible. While every effort has been made to control hazards, adventurous activities have a residual aspect of risk that cannot be removed without devaluing the activity or the reason for taking part. By making a booking you acknowledge you have read and understood the following conditions:
1. I have informed Bluestone of any medical condition or disability which may be relevant to me, or any children or adults in my care, participating in this activity.
2. I am aware that the activities I am to take part in are of a strenuous and adventurous nature. I acknowledge such risk and therefore accept the need for responsible behaviour, including listening to and following safety instructions.
3. I agree that I am responsible for any children or adults in my care and I agree to help them understand and follow the safety instructions.
4. I understand that some minor bumps, scrapes and bruises may be incurred as a normal part of an adventure activity.
5. I understand that I may not participate if under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
6. I am aware that the session may be cancelled for operational, weather or environmental related safety issues.
Celtic Depp Island Odyssey
Ages: 16yrs+
Restrictions: Accompanied up to 18yrs, 2 week lead time, Participants must be competent swimmers, Not suitable for pregnant women.

Important Information
1. We provide all the safety equipment you will need for the session.
2. You will be guided by an instructor throughout the day.
3. We reserve the right to cancel at any time for safety reasons e.g changing weather/sea conditions
4. This is an accompanied activity. Children aged 16+ must be joined by a paying adult.
5. The activity takes place off the resort in the Pembrokeshire National Park.
6. Unless given prior notice, the day session will be planned for participants with a reasonable level of fitness. Please contact Bluestone directly and before your arrival to organise a tailored session.
Medical Information
If you or anyone in your party has any medical conditions relevant to this activity please contact us to let us know. If anyone in your party uses medication that they need to carry with them please make sure to bring it to the session. For example- Epi-pens, asthma inhalers, or angina medication."

Mermaid School
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session start time, this will allow you to get changed and onto poolside for you and the group to start at the correct time.
Guests must be a minimum of 6 years of age to attend. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult however adults are welcome to join sessions.
We also require guests to have some swimming ability to take part. The ability to swim 25 meters, to tread water, and to demonstrate some ability in the ‘dolphin kick’ will be required to take part."
