Leisure Booking Terms & Conditions

What "Leisure" Includes:
Leisure covers all Activities, Spa treatments, and Entertainment sessions that
you book.

Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel (Activities, Spa Treatments, Retail Items, or Restaurant Bookings):

All bookings are non-refundable, unless we are able to resell your slot.
If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we will try to reschedule your booking to another available time or date.
To process a refund (if applicable), you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., a valid receipt).

If We Cancel:

If Bluestone cancels your activity, spa treatment, retail item, or restaurant booking, we will give you a full refund.
You must provide proof of purchase to receive your refund.

Refunds

Any refund will be made to the same card you used for the original payment, minus any non-refundable charges.
We aim to process refunds within 28 days of your arrival date.

4x4 Off-Road Rangers: Driver
Ages: 6-10yrs for a driver, 5+ years for a passenger

1.3m height advised but can be taller if guests have sat in a car to ensure there is enough space

Adrenaline
Ages: All ages
Restrictions: Accompanied

Acknowledgement of Risk
In providing adventurous activities Bluestone accepts that it has a moral and legal responsibility to make the activities as safe as reasonably possible. While every effort has been made to control hazards, adventurous activities have a residual aspect of risk that cannot be removed without devaluing the activity or the reason for taking part. By making a booking you acknowledge you have read and understood the following conditions:

I have informed Bluestone of any medical condition or disability which may be relevant to me, or any children or adults in my care, participating in this activity.
I am aware that the activities I am to take part in are of a strenuous and adventurous nature. I acknowledge such risk and therefore accept the need for responsible behaviour, including listening to and following safety instructions.
I agree that I am responsible for any children or adults in my care and I agree to help them understand and follow the safety instructions.
I understand that some minor bumps, scrapes and bruises may be incurred as a normal part of an adventure activity.
I understand that I may not participate if under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
I am aware that the session may be cancelled for operational, weather or environmental related safety issues.

Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast. It can sometimes be
very wet and muddy on these rides.

Mermaid School
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session start time, this will allow you to get changed and onto poolside for you and the group to start at the correct time.
Guests must be a minimum of 6 years of age to attend. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult however adults are welcome to join sessions.
We also require guests to have some swimming ability to take part. The ability to swim 25 meters, to tread water, and to demonstrate some ability in the ‘dolphin kick’ will be required to take part.

Nature Art
Ages: 4-7 yrs

Outdoor Detectives

Sky Walk
Ages: 8 yrs+
Restrictions: 1.25m-1.39m height with adult accompanying, 1.4m unaccompanied
Participants must be 8+ years and 1.25m to take part in activity. Closed toe footwear is required to take part. Those of 1.25m - 1.4m height, must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult over 16-years-old. Over 1.4m can
be unaccompanied; Max weight 18.9st/120kg

Sky Walk Mini
Ages: 3-8yrs
Restrictions: This activity is aimed at 3–8-year-old children, The child must
be between 1m and 1.3m
Each bookable session includes two circuits of the Mini course

Sky Walk Mini Wheelchair Course
Ages: 3yrs+
Restrictions: Adult to accompany children

Guests will be required to use our wheelchair which is designed for the course

Sky Wires
Ages: 8yrs+
Restrictions: Accompanied, Minimum 1.2m height, Maximum 18.9st Maximum weight limit is 120kg (18.9stone), All participants must be at least 8 years old, Minimum height 1.20m (3’ 11’’), Parent/guardian of any under 18’s
must remain at the training site until training has been completed (approx. 30 minutes), All participants are required to have appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear for the session. The nature of this activity means it is paramount that you undertake the pre-activity training course, and you are confident and prepared to take responsibility for yourself and anyone you are supervising. Failure to do so could put you or others at risk of injury. If after undertaking the training briefing, you do not wish to undertake the activity you can contact Bluestone customer services who will issue you with a full refund.
